Most clubs don't have a membership problem. Their information is everywhere.
Sign-ups arrive by email, the member list lives in Excel, lottery tickets are paper and one volunteer keeps the website going. The overview usually sits with the secretary, who does it on top of a day job.
Everything a club needs, in one place
A club has a website. Members use the app every week. That keeps everything up to date without anyone chasing lists.
A modern site on your own domain
Edit text and photos right on the page. No content management system to wrestle with.
- News, which you can also schedule
- Projects, board and committees
- Contact form and club details
Sign up or decline with one tap
Members see who is coming. The secretary sees who hasn't replied and records attendance.
- Bring guests and leave notes
- Meal count to the restaurant in one click
- Weekly and monthly insight
On every member's home screen
No app store download: two taps and the app is on the phone.
- Member directory, profiles and birthdays
- News feed with newsletters and minutes
- Membership card
A lottery that raises real money
Members buy tickets in the app, guests through a QR code. Every club meeting automatically gets its own round.
- Live draw, followed on your own phone
- Tracker for the month's good cause
- Export for the treasurer
Built for everyone who keeps the club running
More ways to take part, less work for the committee
Members buy their digital tickets in the app; guests scan a QR code at the club meeting. The committee ticks off payments and draws the winners live; everyone follows the draw on their own phone, including those playing from home.
We take no percentage of the proceeds. Everything the lottery raises goes to your club's causes.

- One-off €295 for setup and migration

We are taking on ten Founding Clubs this year, so we can support each club personally.
What clubs ask us
We already have a website through our national organisation. Why this?
That website can stay. ServiceClub Suite goes beyond a website: it is where members sign up for the club meeting, where the secretary keeps attendance and where the lottery raises money. Clubs are autonomous, so your board can decide on this itself.
Do members have to download an app from the App Store?
No. Members open the site on their phone and add it to their home screen with two taps. From then on it works like a regular app, with a menu bar at the bottom.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt and Ireland). Each club sees only its own data, and the database itself enforces that. Birthdays and addresses are visible only to members of your own club.
What does the lottery cost extra?
Nothing. The lottery is part of the package and we charge no percentage of the proceeds. Payments go through the club's own bank.
What if our webmaster steps down?
Text and photos can be edited right on the page, with no technical knowledge. You hand over roles such as webmaster or secretary to another member with a single checkbox.
